When you live in Texas you know your AC is vital. With the heat we have had this year a AC problem is a overwhelming and time sensitive Michael came the next day. Let's start with my house has fluctuate between 84-95° and we had every portable fan and ceiling fan blowing to move air. Michel came and withing 15 minutes he was able to tell me it was my capacitor and even mentioned a cleaning would benefit my AC units health ( let me stop you there an upsell I know but don't think that way he actually offered me the most reasonable and honest price I have found and I had looked around because a cleaning in a normal thing that your AC does need) he was so honest and kind I would definitely recommend and use him again.

Michael recently helped fix an AC leak for us coming out of a rusty pipe; I had told him my story about having previously had Pneumonia as a result of this. Acknowledging my worry as a result of my traumatic experience, he was relentless like a bulldog in making sure the problem was fully fixed before he left. Most definitely a man of integrity, as it's clear to see that his aim is to do everything in his power to improve your quality of life. I was in need of a regular A/C tune up & maintenance since I had not done it since I moved in to my house. Boy was I glad Michael came out, as he found some dangerous cables that could have fried my whole system. He checked my system, refilled my freon and fixed an electrical issue all with in 4 hours. With temperatures as crazy as they have been, my ac went out 3 times. Each time it broke again which cost me $$$$. Found Michael and he fixed my ac and it is working perfectly. He was fast and price was better than the other 3 service agents. I waited a while to ensure this wasn't a temporary fix. AC is still blowing cold.
